Project Manager - Source To Pay (S2P) | Agile Delivery

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Source to Pay (S2P) to support Agile delivery through backlog management, refinement, Program Increment (PI) prioritization, quality control, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Scrum/Kanban methodologies, managing user stories, tracking project dependencies, and maintaining delivery documentation.

The role requires strong organizational, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills, along with a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the backlog for Source-to-Pay functions using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions to ensure user stories meet the Definition of Ready, including scope, requirements, acceptance criteria, dependencies, estimates, and priority.
• Identify and document enablers with clear objectives, expected outcomes, and prioritization.
• Drive Program Increment (PI) or quarterly planning and prioritization in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Establish and manage quality control (QC) processes to ensure compliance with program documentation standards.
• Coordinate mini-projects, including scheduling, timeline tracking, task sequencing, meetings, and action-item follow-ups.
• Manage small projects covering planning, scope, priorities, milestones, status reporting, and risk management.
• Track and manage RAID items (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and proactively escalate blockers.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, decision logs, approval records, testing documentation, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and facilitate delivery.
• Maintain project dashboards, delivery reports, and process metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve backlog management, prioritization, workflow efficiency, and overall delivery performance.

Required Skills

• Experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management
• Experience in Project Management, Agile Delivery.
• Scrum Master Certification or Service Delivery Management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Experience in writing, refining, and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, estimates, and dependencies.
• Experience managing PI planning, quarterly prioritization, or similar work intake and sequencing processes.
• Experience implementing quality control processes and enforcing documentation standards.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience developing and tracking project and process performance metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procurement, Sourcing, or Supplier Management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Coupa or similar procurement platforms.
• Ability to communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and complex information concisely to senior leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining audit-ready project documentation.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and break down complex requirements into actionable deliverables.
