Project Manager – Industrial Automation(Process Automation)

About The Role
Actemium India, a VINCI Energies brand, is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Industrial Automation to lead end-to-end Process automation projects involving PLC, SCADA, HMI and control system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete project lifecycle from initiation to commissioning and handover.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, resource allocation and cost estimates.
- Ensure delivery within scope, budget, timeline and quality requirements.
- Lead FAT, SAT, commissioning and startup activities.
- Coordinate customers, vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Manage project risks, KPIs and reporting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or related discipline.
- 8 –12 + years of industrial automation project management experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI and Control System Integration projects.
- Strong project planning, budget management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Exposure to Manufacturing, Process Industries, Utilities or Infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera or equivalent tools.
