Project Manager Industrial EPC / PMO

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Industrial EPC and manufacturing plant projects to manage complex projects and support ERP-led business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, risks and overall delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Lead project review meetings and stakeholder discussions.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues and manage dependencies.
• Prepare project dashboards, status reports and management presentations.
• Understand client business processes and support their mapping to ERP solutions.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or a related discipline; MBA candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
• Experience in industrial EPC, process plants or manufacturing projects, preferably in steel, cement, sugar, glass or chemical industries.
• Background in engineering execution, erection or commissioning, followed by project management.
• Strong project governance, risk management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel across India.

Note: SAP / Microsoft Dynamics experience is not mandatory. ERP training will be provided. Candidates with only planning, execution-only or general infrastructure experience are not preferred.
