Project Lead - Operational Excellence

The candidate will work on consulting assignments with domestic and international clients and will be exposed to state-of-the-art consulting methodology and toolsets. The role focuses on driving real and lasting change within client organizations through the practical application of lean management, strategy planning, and operational excellence principles. The candidate will support multiple projects and progressively take on the responsibilities of a project lead while working closely with peers and client leadership and middle management teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support and contribute to consulting assignments for domestic and international clients.
• Apply Lean Management, Strategy Planning, and Operational Excellence principles in client engagements.
• Assist in presales scoping and diagnostic studies.
• Manage projects and ensure delivery according to project plans.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Deliver client commitments and support overall service delivery.
• Conduct analytical work for process study and design.
• Execute improvement projects with hands-on support and guidance.
• Work across multiple consulting accounts and manage challenging travel schedules.
• Support collection and overall account accountability.
