Role Description: The Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of connectivity and managed services projects. This role includes coordinating project activities, tracking timelines and milestones, maintaining documentation, and ensuring clear communication among internal teams, vendors, and clients. The Project Coordinator will assist in resource allocation, monitor risks and issues, and help prepare status reports and presentations for stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks also involve updating project management tools, following up on action items, and supporting process improvements to enhance delivery quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, service delivery, or a similar role, preferably within the IT, telecommunications, or networking domain.
• Experience in project scheduling, task tracking, milestone management, documentation, and coordination with internal teams, global partners, and external service providers.
• Basic understanding of networking and telecommunications concepts, including LAN/WAN, IP addressing, routing, switching, and internet connectivity. CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting concepts, circuit deployment, service activation, incident management, and service delivery processes is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, international stakeholders, and telecom service providers across different time zones.
• Ability to maintain accurate project trackers, update delivery status, follow up on pending actions, identify blockers, and ensure timely project progression.
• Comfortable working in a global environment, with exposure to international projects, customer coordination, and third-party vendor management.
