Project Coordinator – SPM Manufacturing

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support project execution, coordination, and documentation in our Special Purpose Machine (SPM) manufacturing setup. You'll work closely with project managers, engineering teams, vendors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

•        Assist in project planning and coordination

•        Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables

•        Maintain project documentation and status reports

•        Coordinate with design, purchase, production, vendors, and customers

•        Support project managers in day-to-day activities, including inspections and FAT/SAT

Requirements

•        Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field

•        Good communication and organizational skills

•        Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

•        Interest in manufacturing, engineering projects, and industrial automation

•        Eagerness to learn and build a career in project management
