About this role
- 2-4 years or more would be preferred.
- Experience in the Life Sciences domain is preferred.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity and automate routine tasks is desirable.
- Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Team Management, Agile Methodology, AI Tools
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 Copilot for drafting emails, summarizing documents, preparing reports, and creating presentations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools for automating repetitive tasks, reminders, notifications, and approvals.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled meeting tools, such as Microsoft Teams Copilot, for meeting summaries and action-item tracking.
- Assisting and supporting the project manager.
- Designing and controlling the project schedule.
- Assigning tasks and controlling schedules.
- Communicating the project s progress to team members and other stakeholders
- Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project s progress and showcase the project s value.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
- Ensuring deadlines are met.
- Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings.
- Providing administrative support.
- Organizing project team meetings and recording minutes.
- Liaising with clients to determine the project s objectives.
