Project Coordinator - Hospitals

This role is based out of Manapakkam, Chennai.

Operating Model: 5 days (Alternate Saturdays working)

Educational Qualifications: Any Garduate

Experience: 15-20 years in Hospital Administration and operations

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Chennai and Surat hospital projects on medical, clinical and hospital-operational workstreams.
• Coordinate clinical planning, including Centres of Excellence, specialties, service configuration and functional requirements.
• Work with Corporate Strategy, project/design teams, architects, consultants and other stakeholders to consolidate and communicate hospital-side clinical and operational inputs.
• Follow through on clinical space planning, departmental layouts, workflows, patient/staff movement and functional adjacencies.
• Coordinate medical equipment planning, including requirements, prioritisation, phasing and interfaces with design and engineering.
• Support medical manpower planning and organisation structure development for the hospitals.
• Coordinate development of hospital operating requirements, including clinical/operational workflows, SOP planning and commissioning requirements.
• Maintain structured project trackers, action points, dependencies and timelines for the medical and operational workstreams and facilitate timely closure.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare relevant background material and ensure that decisions and agreed actions are documented and followed through.
• Support pre-commissioning, commissioning and operational readiness as the projects progress towards launch.
• Support other hospital-development initiatives as required by the Chief Executive Hospitals.
