Project Coordinator-AGM/Senior Manager/Manager

Role & responsibilities :

1. Assist the Project Manager in the drafting and issuance project charter, project schedule organization chart.

2. Cross functional team co-ordination.

3. Organize and coordinate with customer, sub-contractors and company.

4. Reviewing the scope of work, client requirements, division of responsibility, project objectives.

5. Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans.

6. Monitor the process of raising bills to client for the work done.

7. Prepare purchase requisitions, GRN, service entry (as & when

required), project monitoring .

8. Keep the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact.

9. Ensuring the completion of package through sub-contractor, manufacturing follow-ups, inspection scheduling, dispatch clearances and material receipt at site. Efficiently handle contractor/subcontractor management.

10. Progress report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly), preparation of presentation to highlight the actual site progress, achievement, critical issues for monthly review meeting with client at site.

11. Meticulously managing material supply with respect to schedule.

12. Attending project review meetings with client, pre & post order meeting with vendors.

13. Regular site visits for closure of planning/commercial issues, coordination.

Preferred candidate profile :

Candidate preferable worked HO - Irrigation / water / Canals / Dams project experience needed.
