As Programme Manager — CSR (Odisha) you will be based in Joda, Kendujhar District, and own our Odisha CSR programme end to end: delivery against what was funded, coordination with schools, anganwadis, CRC and BRC structures and the Kendujhar district administration, the measurement behind every result, and the impact report the funder actually reads.

About The Role

As Programme Manager — CSR (Odisha) you will be based in Joda, Kendujhar District, and own our Odisha CSR programme end to end: delivery against what was funded, coordination with schools, anganwadis, CRC and BRC structures and the Kendujhar district administration, the measurement behind every result, and the impact report the funder actually reads.
Key responsibilities
- Own delivery and reporting against the funded scope of the Odisha CSR programme.
- Work primarily from Joda, running block-level work across Kendujhar District.
- Coordinate with schools, anganwadis and CRC/BRC structures in every block the programme covers.
- Carry the Kendujhar district administration relationship week to week.
- Hold the implementation-partner and funder relationships on the ground.
- Manage field associates, screening logistics and the training calendar across blocks.
- Own the indicator framework and the field data collection behind it.
- Author the funder impact report, with evidence behind every claim.
- Support new CSR proposals in Odisha with delivery plans and measurement design.
- Report coverage honestly — what was reached, what was not, and why.
- Master's in Social Work (MSW) or Master's in Public Health (MPH) — required.
- 2+ years in CSR delivery, public programmes or district-level implementation.
- Working fluency in Odia alongside English and Hindi.
- Willingness to live and work in Joda, Kendujhar District, and to spend weeks in blocks rather than in an office.
- Experience reporting to a corporate or PSU funder against a signed scope is a strong plus.
- Respect for frontline workers as colleagues, not delivery channels.
