Program Manager

Key Requirements:
3 - 6 years of experience in Program Management, Distribution Management, Sales Operations, Business Excellence, or Strategy Execution.
Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in Advanced MS Excel, Power BI, and business reporting tools.
Experience in creating dashboards, MIS reports, business reviews, and leadership performance trackers.
Sound understanding of distribution networks, channel management, sales planning, and market execution.
Proven track record of driving cross-functional projects and strategic business initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
Ability to analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and drive data-backed recommendations.
Excellent project management, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in governance, performance monitoring, process optimization, and operational excellence.
