Program Manager

The Program Manager will support the Lineage Okta-to-Microsoft Entra ID transformation as part of the Program, Architecture, and Governance workstream. The role will contribute to a controlled, governance-led migration that protects business continuity, validates rollback readiness, and prepares the future-state environment for operational ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end program delivery across discovery, design, pilot, migration waves, hypercare, and transition.
• Establish governance cadence, integrated plan, RAID management, dependency tracking, decision logs, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate lineage stakeholders, application owners, security, HR, infrastructure, Service Desk, and Brillio workstreams.
• Drive phase-exit criteria, readiness reviews, Go/No-Go governance, scope control, and commercial alignment.
• Ensure business continuity, timely escalation, knowledge transfer, and formal operational acceptance.

Success Measures:

• Assigned deliverables are completed to agreed quality and governance standards.
• Risks, dependencies, defects, and decisions are identified early and managed transparently.
• Testing, evidence, rollback, and operational-readiness requirements are completed before production progression.
• Knowledge is transferred through clear documentation, walkthroughs, and support enablement.

Key Deliverables:

• Program plan and governance charter.
• RAID, decision, and escalation registers.
• Executive dashboards and status reports.
• Phase-gate and closure records.

Requirements:

• Large enterprise transformation program leadership.
• Identity, cloud, or infrastructure migration governance.
• Executive stakeholder management and cross-functional delivery.
• RAID, financial, schedule, and dependency management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Preferred Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in information technology, engineering, cybersecurity, program delivery, or a related discipline.
• Relevant Microsoft, Okta, IT service management, security, change management, or project management certifications are advantageous based on the role.
