Role Description The Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada, responsible for overseeing and coordinating immigration consulting programs and client service workflows. This role involves managing end-to-end program execution, including planning service offerings, setting timelines, aligning resources, and tracking progress against goals. The Program Manager will collaborate with consultants and operations staff to improve processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high-quality client experiences. Daily tasks include monitoring program performance metrics, resolving escalations, preparing status reports, and implementing enhancements based on feedback and changing immigration requirements. The role also includes stakeholder communication, risk management, and supporting training and onboarding for team members involved in immigration and visa consulting services.

• Program and project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and risk management.
• Client relationship management skills, with the ability to handle queries, escalations, and expectations professionally.
• Process improvement and operations skills, including workflow optimization and documentation of standard operating procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify issues, and implement practical solutions.
• Knowledge of or strong interest in immigration, visa processes, or regulated advisory services (Canada immigration experience is an advantage).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Law, or a related field; advanced certifications in project or program management are beneficial.
