We are looking for someone, who shares Amazon's passion for the customer and will take on the fulfilling challenge of making sellers successful in the Amazon India Marketplace.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven individual to join the 3P Business Compliance team. This role will lead compliance program execution, risk identification, automation, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate is a process-obsessed program manager who combines deep sales and account management knowledge with a passion for operational excellence. They thrive in ambiguous environments, can dissect complex business workflows to find inefficiencies or gaps, and build scalable mechanisms that stick. They bring a consultative mindset - understanding how sales teams operate, what drives their behavior, and how to design processes that achieve compliance outcomes without creating friction. They are equal parts builder and influencer, comfortable rolling up their sleeves to map a process end-to-end while also presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Drive process excellence by reviewing business teams workflows, identifying gaps, breakage points, and susceptibility areas
Design and implement scalable compliance mechanisms that align with how sales and AM teams operate
Own end-to-end program management - from discovery and stakeholder alignment through execution and measurement
Partner with Sales, Account Management, Legal, and Finance teams to embed compliance-by-design into existing processes
Build SOPs, process maps, and frameworks that are adoption-friendly and reduce operational friction
Track and report program health through metrics, dashboards, and regular reviews with leadership

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience closing sales and generating revenue
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience influencing C-level executives
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
