About this role
The opportunity
Lead a strategic, multi-year water infrastructure program for a new semiconductor fabrication facility in western India: ultra-pure water, water reclaim and wastewater treatment, from detailed engineering to commissioning. You will own delivery, P&L and the executive customer relationship, at the head of a large international project organisation, working closely with EPC partners, contractors and the client's regional leadership.
What you will do
- Lead delivery from engineering to handover
- Own P&L, cash flow and margin
- Manage contracts, claims and change orders
- Act as executive customer interface
- Lead PM, engineering, construction and HSE teams
What you bring
- 15+ years in EPC, water or process industries
- Led capital projects above USD 100M
- Strong commercial and contractual record
- UPW or semiconductor projects a strong plus
- Eligible to work in India, or able to obtain an employment visa; fluent English
