About the Organization: Atmasantosh Foundation is a non-profit organization advancing education and health literacy across India. We empower youth and underserved communities to unlock their potential and build sustainable futures through financial aid, mentorship, life-skills training, career readiness, and first-aid safety training.

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the implementation of our scholarship programs. This role is ideal for individuals who have at least 1.5-2 years of experience working with young adults in the field of education in the development sector. You will work closely with the Program Manager and play an active role in coordinating with stakeholders, organizing events, and implementing program operations to ensure effective program delivery and a positive experience for our scholars.

Reporting to: Program Manager, Patang Scholars Program

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Atmasantosh Foundation's scholarship programs
• Plan and execute holistic development workshops, exposure visits, and other events, including logistics management
• Establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including students, parents, partner organizations, and vendors
• Support the implementation and coordination of the organization's career guidance initiatives
• Maintain program records, databases, documentation, and trackers, including photographs and other visual documentation of workshops and events, and ensure timely updates
• Measure and assess program effectiveness, making improvements to maximize impact
• Prepare presentations, event reports, program updates, and impact and evaluation reports
• Support alumni engagement and other initiatives that strengthen the long-term engagement of scholars
• Travel within Mumbai and to program sites in India, as required

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in the social sector from a reputed college
• 2 years of experience, preferably working with young adults
• High level of proficiency in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
• Knowledge of G Suite and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of design and interactive tools such as Canva, Miro Board, etc., is a plus

Salary Range: 4.0 LPA to 5.0 LPA
