Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Textile/Garment Production Supervisor with 2+ years of experience to manage production activities, supervise workers, ensure quality standards, and meet production targets efficiently. Strong leadership and process improvement skills are required.

Skills Required:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers in the textile unit
• Plan, organize, and monitor workflow to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Ensure raw materials, tools, and machinery are available and in good working condition.
• Maintain product quality by enforcing quality control standards throughout the process.
• Train and guide workers on proper operating procedures, machine handling, and safety compliance.
• Inspect machinery regularly and report maintenance needs to minimize downtime.
• Keep accurate records of production output, waste, rework, and employee attendance.
• Identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve employee issues and motivate the team to achieve productivity goals.
