Production Supervisor

Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat. The position involves overseeing daily production activities on the shop floor, ensuring that production schedules are met and that operations run smoothly and safely. The Production Supervisor will coordinate workforce allocation, monitor machine and line performance, and address production issues promptly. Responsibilities include implementing production plans, tracking output and quality, enforcing safety and compliance standards, and communicating priorities and updates to team members and management. The role also involves supporting process improvements, training team members, and maintaining documentation related to production and performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience in leading production teams.
• Candidates should possess skills in managing Production Schedules and Production Planning.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Production Management, including monitoring output, quality, and safety.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and reporting to management.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, preferably in fasteners or metal components, is beneficial.
• Knowledge of shop floor safety standards and basic quality control practices is preferred.
• A diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work in an on-site, shift-based environment and use basic production reporting tools or ERP systems is beneficial.
