Qualifications

• What we're looking for: Proven experience in sheet metal design/production, strong technical knowledge of CNC/Laser cutting, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong production planning and scheduling capabilities, with experience managing daily manufacturing operations and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in monitoring production metrics, optimizing workflows, and implementing process improvements in a machinery or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated team leadership skills, including supervising shop-floor personnel, delegating tasks effectively, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid understanding of quality control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Ability to analyze operational data, prepare clear reports, and make informed decisions to address production issues and risks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical teams, vendors, and management stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
