CK Creatives Pvt Ltd is a growth-led marketing consultancy and creative agency specializing in brand strategy, marketing, creative production, and technology. We work with leading brands to create impactful advertising campaigns and engaging visual content.

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Production Coordinator to manage shoot planning, location scouting, casting, production team coordination, vendor management, asset handling, and shoot expenses. The ideal candidate should be capable of ensuring smooth production workflows, timely shoot completion, and efficient resource management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in production coordination, advertising, media production, or a related field is preferred.
• Good communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email, and documentation tools is preferred.
• Must have a valid 4W (Manual Gear ) - driving licence and driving skills.
• Willingness to travel for shoots and work flexible hours based on production schedules.
• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shoots, deadlines, vendors, and expenses simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with advertising agencies, production houses, or digital content teams.
• Familiarity with shoot workflows, casting, location management, footage transfer, and production equipment.
• Experience in vendor coordination, budget tracking, and production documentation.
