Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own product operations and feature delivery across our Shopify website and React Native app. The role will work closely with engineering, design, business teams, and technology partners to deliver features, ensure quality through UAT, and continuously improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product backlog for website and app features, enhancements, bugs, and optimisation initiatives.
- Convert business requirements into PRDs, user stories, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with development teams and external tech partners for feature implementation and issue resolution.
- Own UAT for web and app releases, including test cases, edge cases, regression checks, bug tracking, and final product sign-off.
- Ensure all major releases undergo proper pre- and post-production sanity checks.
- Own implementation and testing of sale campaigns, product listings, discount codes, free gifts, bundles, and other promotional mechanics across web and app.
- Work with engineering teams on APIs, third-party integrations, payments, logistics, analytics, CRM, attribution, and other technology platforms.
- Monitor key website/app funnels and analytics, identify issues, and recommend improvements to conversion and customer experience.
- Maintain product documentation, release checklists, and conduct regular backlog grooming and prioritisation.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, category, analytics, operations, and external vendors.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, E-commerce Product, or similar roles.
- Experience with Shopify/Shopify Plus and D2C e-commerce.
- Experience working with websites and mobile apps.
- Strong understanding of UAT, QA, release management, and bug tracking.
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations, and technical dependencies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools such as GA4, Firebase, CleverTap, Mixpanel, or similar is a plus.
- Strong ownership and attention to detail with a bias towards execution.
