We are looking for Product Recruiters who have:

• Worked on product-based company hiring
• Hired for niche and specialized skills (e.g., AI/ML, cloud, data, senior engineering roles)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and execute a targeted search plan
• Source candidates via job boards, internal databases, headhunting, and networking
• Engage and strategically position opportunities to passive candidates
• Screen, shortlist, and evaluate role fitment
• Handle scheduling, coordination, and post-offer follow-ups
• Support market research and talent mapping

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in permanent, product hiring
• Strong knowledge of the recruitment industry
• Proven experience closing niche-skill positions
• Client handling and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills
• Energetic, self-motivated, and result-driven
