Product Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive assigned product categories across the complete product lifecycle.

- Develop product marketing and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.

- Identify, onboard and develop channel partners across India and international markets.

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, commercial terms and conditions.

- Drive product pricing, positioning, promotions and partner schemes.

- Work closely with sales teams to achieve product-wise revenue and margin targets.

- Participate in large projects and customer engagements.

- Monitor inventory, product movement and develop plans for slow-moving inventory.

- Conduct market and competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities.

- Coordinate with Technical Support for product issues and ensure effective resolution.

- Conduct product training for sales teams and partners.

- Work closely with R&D/Product Development and provide market/customer inputs for product enhancements.

- Support identification and introduction of new products based on market requirements.

- Take ownership of Top Line, Bottom Line and overall category growth.

Requirements:

- 8 - 15 years of relevant experience in Product Marketing / Product Management / Category Management.

- Strong experience in AV, IT Hardware or Technology Products.

- Proven experience in channel/partner development and vendor management.

- Strong commercial, pricing and negotiation skills.

- Experience managing sales targets, margins or P&L.

- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

- Strong understanding of market, competition and product positioning.
