Job Description

We are looking for a process-driven Product Manager with experience in B2B product management, SaaS and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end product delivery, translate business requirements into actionable plans and work closely with engineering teams to deliver products that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product delivery, from requirement gathering to product release.
• Develop product roadmaps and manage product backlogs.
• Create clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
• Plan and manage sprint activities, timelines and deliverables.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Prioritise features based on business impact and customer needs.
• Identify risks, resolve blockers and improve product delivery processes.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear product specifications.
• Track product performance and ensure features achieve intended outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders on product strategy.

Skills and Competencies Required

• 46 years of experience in B2B Product Management.
• Experience with SaaS products and enterprise platforms.
• Exposure to AI-led features and automation workflows.
• Proven experience in end-to-end product development and feature delivery.
• Strong skills in product roadmapping, backlog management and prioritisation.
• Experience in writing PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Balsamiq or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and senior management.

Preferred: Experience with HRMS, ITSM or MDM products.
