Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Manager who can take ownership of Factrika's products and platforms and help build the next generation of workforce solutions for the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have 2 - 4 years of product management experience, strong startup experience, and an MBA / PGDM from a reputed institute. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, understanding customer and business problems, defining product requirements, and working closely with technology, operations, business, and design teams to build and improve products. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take a product from problem identification to execution and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the product roadmap across Factrika's worker, factory, and internal platforms.

- Understand customer, worker, and business requirements and convert them into clear product solutions.

- Identify opportunities to improve user experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

- Define product requirements, user journeys, use cases, and detailed product specifications.

- Work closely with engineering, design, operations, business development, and other teams to ensure timely product delivery.

- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

- Monitor product performance and user behaviour and use data to identify areas for improvement.

- Conduct user and stakeholder interactions to understand pain points and validate product ideas.

- Drive product launches and ensure successful adoption of new features and products.

- Continuously improve existing products based on user feedback, market trends, and business requirements.

- Track competitors and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for Factrika.

- Establish and track relevant product metrics and KPIs.

- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned products and initiatives and ensure execution from concept to launch.

Eligibility:

- 2 - 4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, or a related role.

- MBA / PGDM from a reputed and well-known institute.

- Must have prior experience working in a startup environment.

- Strong understanding of product development and agile methodologies.

- Experience working closely with technology and engineering teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.

- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and solve real-world problems.

- Prior experience in marketplaces, workforce technology, SaaS, B2B, consumer apps, or related domains will be an advantage.

- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and result-oriented.
