Product Manager

Smart IMS is hiring for a Product Manager for one of our clients, a leading product-based organization that is establishing its Global Capability Center (GCC) in India.

The selected candidate will have the flexibility to work either remotely or from the client's office in Noida.

Smart IMS has been a trusted implementation partner for this client for the past four years. As the client continues to expand its operations in India through its GCC, we are supporting their strategic hiring initiatives.

This is a full-time, permanent position, and the selected candidate will be employed directly by the client.

JD:Product Manager

• Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry-specific experience).
• 5+ years of industry experience in the Banking or FinTech space.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or 4+ years of experience with Product Line specific products (implementation, support, and/or internal champion at a client).
• Certification in Product Management and/or Agile practices preferred (e.g. CSPO, CSM, PMC I-IX).
• Proficiency in Agile Delivery methodologies (Flow Framework, Kanban, Scrum, XP, and/or SAFe).
• Proven track record of delivering multi-phase projects (initiation to execution).
• Expertise in breaking down software or technology implementation projects into phases, including product requirements identification and deriving actionable user stories from requirements.
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated sense of urgency and the ability to assess situations and make clear, data-driven decisions
