About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Personal Loans team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in product management, with a focus on driving successful product development, customer campaigns, and market research initiatives. This is a full-time office-based position, requiring someone with robust analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for personal loan offerings, from conceptualization to launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective product campaigns to improve product penetration and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Campaigns, Risk, Operations, and IT) to ensure seamless execution of product strategies.
• Monitor product performance, analyse trends, and recommend actionable insights to improve KPIs.
• Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders, detailing product performance and strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: MBA or equivalent degree.
• Experience: Prior experience in product management, campaign management, or market research, ideally within financial services.

Required Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of customer needs and market dynamics in the personal loan sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Additional Advantage

• Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and insights.
