Product Manager - Operations - Quick Commerce

About the Role:

We are looking for a high-ownership, data-driven Product Manager - Operations to build scalable, high-efficiency supply chain systems for our rapid-delivery network.

In this role, you will own the technology stack that powers dark-store fulfillment, inventory placement, rider dispatch, micro-warehouse operations, and last-mile efficiency. You will collaborate closely with ground operations, warehouse leads, and engineering teams to reduce order processing times, optimize cost-per-delivery, and maintain high order fulfillment accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dark Store & In-Store Operations Tech: Design and optimize product workflows for micro-fulfillment centers (dark stores), including put-away, picking, packing, and bin placement to minimize fulfillment cycle time.

- Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Build intelligent inventory forecasting, automatic replenishment, purchase order workflows, and real-time shrinkage tracking tools.

- Last-Mile & Rider Experience: Build dispatch algorithms, route optimization features, batching logic, and driver-app tools to improve on-time delivery metrics without compromising rider safety.

- Operational Automation: Identify manual bottlenecks in warehouse operations and supply chain logistics, translating them into scalable product solutions.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with City Operations, Warehouse Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Design to execute seamless feature rollouts.

- Metrics & Analytics: Track core operational KPIs - such as Pick Time, Order Processing Time (OPT), Inventory Accuracy, Fill Rate, Out of Stock (OOS) %, and Cost Per Order (CPO).

Mandatory Requirements & Candidate Profile:

- Industry Experience: Minimum 3 - 6 years of overall Product Management experience, with direct background in Quick Commerce (e.g., instant grocery/10-30 minute delivery networks) or high-frequency hyperlocal supply chains.

- Domain Expertise: In-depth understanding of Dark Store Operations, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Inventory Systems, Last-Mile Dispatching, and Logistics Tech.

- Problem-Solving & Data Skills: Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in SQL, data visualization tools, and metric-driven execution.

- First-Principles Thinking: Ability to step onto the dark store floor, shadow pickers/packers, identify micro-inefficiencies, and turn them into intuitive product features.

- Technical & Execution Depth: Comfortable working closely with backend engineering teams on complex architecture, API integrations, state machines, and routing algorithms.
