Product Manager - Lending

Job Description:

- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and P&L thinking for a lending vertical (personal loans, SME/LAP, or embedded credit).

- Partner with credit/risk, compliance, and engineering to design underwriting flows (eKYC, Account Aggregator, bureau/ML scorecards) that balance approval rates with portfolio quality.

- Drive disbursal-flow integrity, including reconciliation checks and control frameworks in partnership with engineering and risk - no gaps between backend logic and frontend blocking behavior.

- Define and track collections and portfolio health metrics in collaboration with the collections and analytics teams.

- Navigate co-lending and Lending Service Provider (LSP) structures, working closely with NBFC/bank partners on product and process alignment.
