Product Manager - Financial Systems at A FinTech Company

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Manage core finance modules, including GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Develop financial reports and dashboards.
• Integrate systems and automate finance processes.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and design solutions for business needs.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
• Train finance teams and explore new features, including Copilot and AI agents.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in financial systems product management or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes and D365 FO modules.
• Experience in automation, ERP integration, and solution design.
• Understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and accounting standards.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, RPA, Power BI, or Power Apps is a plus.
