Job Overview

Product Management Team (PMT) – SLTL Medical Division

We are looking for a Product Management professional to manage medical device products, understand market and customer requirements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for product development, positioning, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned medical device products throughout their lifecycle.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer requirement analysis.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Sales, and Clinical/Application teams.
• Support new product development, product improvements, launches, and lifecycle management.
• Prepare product specifications, presentations, technical documents, and product literature.
• Gather market/customer feedback and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
• Support Sales and Marketing teams with product knowledge, positioning, and technical inputs.
• Monitor product performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
