We are looking for high-performing Product Growth Associates to drive enrollments for
Futurense s AI and technology programs. This role is ideal for professionals with strong
experience in EdTech sales, especially in counselling and closing AI/Data-related
courses. You will play a key role in helping working professionals transition into high
growth technology careers.
What You ll Do
Counsel prospective learners and guide them through the admission journey.
Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
Explain AI and technology programs in a simple, engaging way.
Build lasting relationships with learners.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Who We re Looking For
1+ year in Admissions, Counselling, Inside Sales, Customer Success, or related roles.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Interest in AI, Software Engineering, or Technology.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
