Experience: 3-10 Years (Including CA Articleship)

Age: 23-40

Education Requirement:

• Prof. Qualification- CA Final Drop Out (Not appeared in Last 3 Attempts)

Location: PAN India

Preference: Female (Preferred)

Experience Required:

• Must Have

• Sufficient Experience of respective return Filing (GST/ Income Tax, TDS)

• Desired to have

• Working knowledge of Tax Filing Software

Specific skills:

• Must Have

• Soft Sales skills.
• Good Hindi/English Communication skills
• Time Management (Planning and Scheduling Appointments to Maximize Demos)

Job Summary:

Product Expert is one who understand the working of the Taxation Software and provide Demo

to the Potential Clients. As a Product Expert, you are required to be updated about the product

and recent changes and amendments in the Tax Filing process (GST, TDS & IT). You should be

able to customize your product demo in accordance to the Product USPs and Customer Pain

points.

Job Description:

• Schedule the Demo.

• To understand the customer pain points and give demonstration of Tax software to

clients.

• To adhere to the Product Demo flow, USP and Guidelines

• To continuously build up product knowledge and be updated on any product

developments.

• To update daily tasks, activities in CRM.

Note:

Separate Product Expert(s) would be working on each product so there would be 3 Teams

under Umbrella of Product Expert Function.

Currently, there are 3 Products:

• Spectrum (IT & TDS) (Desktop Solution)

• Express GST (Cloud Solution)

• Express TDS (Cloud Solution)

Work from Home Requirements:

1. This is a Work from Home employment type. In this employment you will be required to

be available over phone and a computer with an Internet connection during your shift

timings.
