What You'll Build
You'll work on real product capabilities, not just isolated development tasks.
1. Intelligent Product Capabilities
- Design algorithms, business rules, decision engines, and workflow orchestration.
- Translate complex product requirements into efficient, reusable software components.
- Develop intelligent processing, validation, and automation capabilities.
2. Scalable Backend Engineering
- Build high-performance services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations.
- Engineer reliable, secure, and maintainable backend systems.
3. Data-Driven Product Engineering
- Design MongoDB document models, queries, indexes, and aggregation pipelines.
- Solve complex data-processing and retrieval challenges.
- Optimize application performance, data consistency, and scalability.
4. Engineering Design & Problem Solving
- Apply data structures, algorithms, OOP, OOAD/OOMD, and SOLID principles.
- Evaluate design alternatives and make practical engineering trade-offs.
- Design reusable components that support evolving product requirements.
5. End-to-End Product Ownership
- Participate in problem discovery, solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and QA engineers.
- Debug complex issues and continuously improve product quality.
