Design elegant, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile (iOS and Android). Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and clickable prototypes in Figma. Work within, and contribute to, our design system. Present and defend your design decisions clearly and confidently to stakeholders. Collaborate closely with PMs, developers, and marketers. Stay current on design trends, mobile platform guidelines, and UX best practices. Help build a design culture that values craft, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design elegant, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile (iOS and Android)
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and clickable prototypes in Figma
- Work within, and contribute to, our design system
- Present and defend your design decisions clearly and confidently to stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with PMs, developers, and marketers
- Stay current on design trends, mobile platform guidelines, and UX best practices
- Help build a design culture that values craft, curiosity, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 1-2 years of product design experience
- A strong portfolio (personal website, Framer, or Behance) that shows your process, not just final UI
- Solid command of Figma, design systems, typography, color, and layout
- Excellent communication skills: you can explain your design rationale and invite feedback with openness
- Ability to balance speed and quality in a startup-like environment
- A detail-oriented mindset, while being comfortable iterating quickly on feedback or data
- Comfort with ambiguity and eagerness to take ownership
- Basic familiarity with iOS and Android platform conventions
- Animation/motion design skills (e.g., Lottie), plus video editing
- Working knowledge of generative AI
- Basic front-end skills (HTML/CSS/JS) and an engineering background
- Open-source contributions, side projects, or design community involvement
