Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Designer to drive the user experience and interface design of our AI Agent platform. In this role, you will craft intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centric designs that align with business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI capabilities into seamless user experiences. Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of business and product requirements to design effective solutions.
• Lead the entire design process, from initial research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to enhance user experiences for AI-driven enterprise applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform and refine product designs.
• Create intuitive and visually compelling dashboards, workflows, and interaction models tailored to enterprise needs.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across all products.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and evolving product requirements.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in product design, ideally within Enterprise Platform environments; early-stage startup experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Figma and AI-powered design tools, enabling rapid production of high-quality designs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment with iterative product development cycles.
• Strong interest in AI-driven interfaces, LLMs (Large Language Models), and generative AI technologies.
• Expertise in prototyping and UX testing, including interactive prototypes and usability testing.
• Systems thinking approach to building scalable and reusable design systems for AI-powered enterprise applications.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams.
• Bonus: Experience designing conversational interfaces, chatbots, or voice UI.
