Product Designer

We are looking for a creative and experienced Product Designer to design engaging digital experiences for an AI-powered learning product. You will be responsible for creating a strong visual identity through compelling interfaces, characters, animations, and interactions. The role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, education, gaming, and product design, with significant scope for creativity and experimentation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design initiatives and contribute to the overall product vision.
• Create engaging and visually appealing interfaces, characters, and animations.
• Develop a distinctive visual style that makes the product engaging and intuitive.
• Bring static designs to life through animation and interactive experiences.
• Incorporate audio elements where required to enhance the overall user experience.
• Conduct design iterations based on user feedback and product outcomes.
• Work closely with developers, educators, and other designers to deliver cohesive product experiences.
• Experiment with innovative concepts and create engaging, educational experiences.
• Contribute to improving user engagement through thoughtful and creative design solutions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio.
• Strong experience in product design, character design, and animation.
• Experience with educational games, AI tools, or game design is a plus.
• Proficiency in design and animation tools such as Figma, Lottie, etc.
• Good understanding of product development and development workflows.
• Strong creative and visual design skills with the ability to design engaging interfaces, characters, and environments.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
• Ability to use data and user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
