Product Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Analyst / Business Analyst who can use data and structured thinking to support product decisions and execution. You will work closely with Product, Technology, Design, and business teams to analyse product performance, translate requirements into user stories, support releases, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyse user behaviour, funnels, engagement, retention, and other product metrics.
• Build dashboards and convert data into clear, actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with Product, Technology, and Design teams during planning and development.
• Conduct UAT, identify edge cases, and validate releases.
• Measure the impact of product changes and recommend improvements.
• Conduct competitor, market, and customer research.
• Use AI and no-code tools to improve research, analysis, and workflows.
