Procurement & Supply Chain head

Role Purpose:

Lead the end-to-end setup and delivery of Algihaz's PSCM GCC operations, ensuring all supply-chain services across Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Warehouse & Logistics, and MDM & Reporting are delivered reliably, within SLA, and at consistently improving quality.

Role Span:

Owns the full GCC PSCM mandate—spanning 23 service catalog offerings across five capability areas—from delivery model design and staffing to day-to-day performance oversight, stakeholder governance, and continuous improvement. Acts as the primary interface between the GCC and the Group Chief Supply Chain Officer.

Key Responsibilities / Activities

GCC Strategy & Delivery Model: Define and operationalise the GCC PSCM service delivery model aligned to the service catalog. Develop and own the annual operating plan, headcount plan and budget. Lead ramp-up from inception to steady state in line with entity readiness.

Service Performance & Governance: Own overall SLA attainment, hold function heads accountable to KPI targets, chair the governance forum, and resolve risks, issues and service failures promptly.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the single point of contact for the CSCO and Group GCC Lead, manage relationships with Entity Supply Chain Directors, and represent the GCC in steering committees, transformation programs and audits.

People & Capability: Build, lead and develop a team of approximately 22 GCC PSCM professionals; establish performance management, knowledge management, cross-training and succession planning.

Continuous Improvement & Technology: Champion Oracle Fusion adoption, co-own the GCC digital roadmap, identify automation, AI and analytics opportunities, and manage the continuous-improvement backlog.
