About this role
Domain: Procurement / Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Process and validate Purchase Requisitions (PR) and ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval workflows.
- Handle Goods Receipt (GR/GRN) against Purchase Orders and resolve quantity or documentation discrepancies.
- Support contract management, including contract creation, review, renewals, amendments and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, requesters, Finance and Procurement teams to resolve PR/GR/contract-related issues.
- Track pending requisitions, goods receipts and contract approvals to meet SLA/TAT requirements.
- Maintain procurement records, trackers and MIS reports using Excel and ERP systems.
