Responsibilities

• PO Acknowledgement Execution Monitoring: Ensure formal PO acknowledgement from vendor. Validate delivery schedule commitment. Maintain live PO tracking sheet. Conduct structured follow-up (email + call log).
• Documentation Governance: PO acceptance copy, Proforma Invoice, Tax-compliant GST invoice, Test Certificates / Inspection reports, Warranty certificate, Insurance copy, E-way bill, Packing list, LR copy / Transporter details.
• Dispatch Logistics Coordination: Confirm dispatch readiness. Share dispatch details with warehouse. Track material movement till receipt. Coordinate GRN closure.
• Compliance Risk Management: Identify potential delivery delays. Escalate risks proactively. Track LD exposure (if applicable). Maintain vendor performance history.
• MIS Reporting: Weekly delivery status report. Delay root cause analysis. Vendor adherence dashboard. Ageing PO report.
