Procurement Manager

Job Opening for Procurement Manager (AGM /DGM level) E & I at Kalpataru Projects International Ltd in the Oil and Gas division.

Summary: Drive procurement function of Oil & Gas BU

Education: BE/B. Tech (Electrical) (Mandatory)

Experience15+ years' experience in Oil& Gas industry.

Area of Responsibilities: -

• Develop procurement plan and monitor the overall procurement performance in line with organizational target.
• Ensure adherence of policies, SOPs, Code of conduct, ABAC, Values established by the company.
• Create and implement best procurement practices and adopt policies & processes improve business performance
• Identifying and developing new potential vendors/subcontractors
• Develop, implement and drive the procurement policies and strategies in order to meet cost savings targets.
• Commercial Bid Evaluation and Negotiation with key vendor/subcontractor to obtain maximum benefit to the Organization
• Coordination with QA, Finance, Planning, Project team and Site to ensure smooth functioning of Procurement
• Ensuring commercial and contractual compliance of Purchase Order terms including receipt of performance/advance bank guarantees from vendors/Sub-contractors.
• Develop, implement and maintain a vendor/sub-contractors' relationship and evaluation process to measure effective vendor/sub-contractor performance and compliances
• Resolving payment issues of vendors/sub-contractors
• Reviewing and monitoring procurement tracker (performance) and other MIS reports.
