Supporting Actions

Monitor and control processes

Oversee production processes from start-up to shut- down, making adjustments to maintain optimal performance and efficiency. Identify and resolve issues with equipment or processes that disrupt production.

Operate equipment

Run and monitor the process machinery and equipment, potentially including operating heavy machinery on-site.

Perform maintenance

To co-ordinate with Control Room during grade change.

To co-ordinate with control room for doing re-run without quality upset

To take regular plant rounds for identification of abnormalities.

To take regular plant rounds for identifying Carbon, Oil, Steam and Air leakages.

To co-ordinate with Control Room for regular plant activities.

To prepare solutions for Reactor & Mixer.

To take plant parameters data and inform to control room.

To act independently during emergency.

To monitor reactor/APH expansion during heating/cooling.

Troubleshoot problems

Identify and resolve issues with equipment or processes that disrupt production.

Ensure safety and quality

Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations, assist in safety audits, and collect and analyze data to ensure product quality and consistency.
