Role Overview

We are looking for an analytical Principal Specialist – AP/AR to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will oversee complex AP/AR operations, maintain key vendor and customer relationships, drive process automation, and serve as a functional guide across internal teams and external auditors.

Key Responsibilities

• AP/AR Management: Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable execution, perform complex reconciliations, and resolve operational discrepancies.
• Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and customers, as well as internal teams (Operations, HR, AP, and AR), to resolve escalated queries.
• Reporting & Cash Flow: Prepare advanced financial reports providing actionable insights into payment cycles, working capital, and cash flow.
• Audit & Compliance: Lead interactions with external auditors, providing comprehensive documentation and ensuring strict adherence to accounting standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify policy enhancements and embed automation tools to streamline workflows.
• Mentorship: Guide team members on accounting standards and support their technical growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience:3–5 years of relevant hands-on experience in AP/AR operations.
• Education: MBA in Finance or CA Intermediate.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency in SAP FICO, NetSuite, and strong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C). (SAP certification is not required).
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate seamlessly across cross-functional and global teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical capability with a proven track record of resolving complex accounting challenges independently.

Shift & Location Details

• Location: Bangalore, India (HQ)
• Work Type: On-site for the first 6 months; Hybrid eligible thereafter (Performance-based)
• Shift: UK Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST, 45 hours/week)
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
