About this role
We are looking for a Lead Java Developer with mandatory hands-on experience in the gaming industry, in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and AWS to take technical ownership of backend services and contribute to architecture, development, performance optimization, and end-to-end delivery.
The selected candidate will work on scalable, high-volume backend services in a gaming environment and will utilize AWS cloud-native services such as Kinesis, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, and ElastiCache to build reliable and highly scalable systems.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role. The candidate should be comfortable designing solutions, writing production-quality code, reviewing code and designs, troubleshooting complex issues, guiding other engineers, and taking ownership of technical delivery.
The role will involve working with Java 11, Spring Boot, AWS services, Redis/ElastiCache, SQL and NoSQL databases, Docker/Kubernetes, and related development and deployment tools.Role & responsibilities

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
