Role & Responsibilities

• Lead academic administration and overall institutional development.
• Ensure compliance with AICTE, affiliating university, and regulatory norms.
• Monitor teaching quality, curriculum delivery, and student performance.
• Guide faculty recruitment, development, appraisal, and research activities.
• Promote research, publications, consultancy, and industry collaboration.
• Oversee admissions, student discipline, placements, and internships.
• Manage institutional budgets, infrastructure, and academic resources.
• Drive accreditation, NBA/NAAC processes, and quality assurance.
• Strengthen industryinstitution interaction and employability initiatives.
• Implement strategic plans to improve institutional performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Ph.D. in Engineering/Technology with a relevant UG/PG qualification.
• Minimum experience as prescribed by AICTE and applicable university norms.
• Proven academic leadership and institutional administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation processes.
• Demonstrated record of research publications and academic achievements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in faculty development, student mentoring, and placements.
• Ability to build industry partnerships and drive institutional growth.
