Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Primavera P6 Scheduler to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules for large-scale construction, industrial, infrastructure, commercial, semiconductor, data center, or EPC projects. The incumbent will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, delay analysis, and reporting to ensure projects are executed within the approved timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project milestones.
• Define activity sequencing, logic links, constraints, and critical paths.
• Prepare baseline schedules and obtain internal/client approvals.
• Develop engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning schedules.

Project Monitoring & Control

• Update project progress on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Monitor schedule performance against approved baselines.
• Identify delays, float consumption, bottlenecks, and schedule risks.
• Prepare recovery and acceleration plans where required.
• Conduct critical path and schedule impact analysis.

Resource & Manpower Planning

• Prepare resource-loaded schedules.
• Monitor manpower deployment and resource utilization.
• Develop manpower histograms and forecast resource requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams for resource optimization.

Project Controls & Reporting

• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Prepare S-Curves, SPI, schedule variance reports, and dashboard reports.
• Monitor key project milestones and performance indicators.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules (2-week, 4-week, and monthly plans).
• Support project reviews with management and clients.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, Contracts, and Commercial teams.
• Attend planning and progress review meetings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on scheduling matters.
• Provide schedule inputs for claims, extension of time (EOT), and dispute resolution.

Educational Qualification

Experience

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Project Planning & Scheduling.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Primavera P6 experience.
