Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned Hindi lessons for CBSE students (Grades 1–5), emphasizing reading, writing, grammar, and literature comprehension.
- Design differentiated instructional materials and assessments to meet diverse learner needs and track academic progress.
- Collaborate with the academic team to integrate Hindi into cross-curricular projects and school events (e.g., debates, poetry recitals).
- Participate in faculty development workshops and contribute to Hindi department planning and resource curation.
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians to support student growth and behavior.
- Ensure classroom environment is safe, inclusive, and aligned with CBSE's holistic education goals.
