We are looking for passionate, energetic, and caring Preschool Teachers who can create engaging learning experiences for young children while working collaboratively with parents and fellow educators.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for children aged 1.5–6 years.
• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes holistic development.
• Implement play-based learning strategies aligned with the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) and Montessori philosophy.
• Observe, assess, and document each child's learning journey and developmental milestones.
• Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain classroom organisation, learning resources, and displays.
• Participate in school events, parent meetings, professional development sessions, and curriculum planning.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in a preschool or early years setting.
• Basic understanding of the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) and Montessori approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Creative, patient, enthusiastic, and compassionate personality.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE), Montessori, NTT, or equivalent.
• Experience with activity-based, inquiry-led, or experiential learning environments.
