About this role
At Vriti.ai, we are modernizing hiring through intelligent screening, automated evaluation workflows, and recruiter-assistive AI. We are looking for a commercial-minded technologist to serve as the bridge between enterprise talent acquisition leaders and our core product.
In this dual-hat role, you will lead solution discovery, architect product demos, run technical Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and manage client accounts to drive expansion, renewal, and platform adoption across enterprise staffing and corporate HR teams
Qualifications Requirements
- 4-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS pre-sales, solution consulting, or enterprise account management-preferably within HR Tech, ATS/HRIS ecosystems, or AI/workflow automation platforms.
- Solid grasp of corporate talent acquisition workflows, candidate evaluation funnels, and recruitment operations.
- Familiarity with enterprise software integrations (REST APIs, ATS ecosystems like Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or SAP SuccessFactors).
- Proven track record of owning revenue-aligned targets (retention, net revenue retention, or PoC-to-close conversion rates).
- Exceptional client-facing presentation and diagnostic discovery skills.
